Review: Mc gets a proficiency panel that allows him to improve any skill once conditions are met. He uses mysterious points to upgrade his skills. He gets mysterious points from coming into close contact with mysterious things. The world has supernatural things but is hidden from normal people. There are 2 types of mysterious people, mystics who master a skill and then become a mystic of that skill using supernatural means, or occultists who believe in gods and are mostly crazy. Mc joins his country’s security force and becomes a strong Mystic fast. Not too much crazy stuff going on. Has a chill vibe to the novel, think of it as a more easy-going supernatural novel with Cthuthul.
