Review: I really loved this novel. Mc’s only cheat is a phone that helps him deduce staff. Mc is a bit naive in the beginning and acts like a normal person. He is not a genius and almost gets killed multiple times. He gets used and all other shit but mc learns from it and moves on. Though he does make some dumb decisions, he still feels like a character who has a personality. Mc is a bit of a gentleman, although he has a lot of chances to become a devil he chooses to have a bottom line. As the world building it is 5/5 in my eyes. The conspiracies and everything going on just make sense, like why there is a beast tide happening every 100 yrs due to agreements between top humans and demon beasts in order to reduce the lower-level cultivators. This was really a breath of fresh air, it is not the best novel but definitely feels like a well though-out novel. Please do give it a try and don’t expect too much due to my raving. 😊
