Review:
Mc transmigrates into the body of someone who just died due to freezing in the winter. The original owner of the body was saving money in any way to redeem a meditation technique from a wizard school he works for. Mc is an intelligence officer in a seaside town. The world seems to have evil gods, a red moon, monsters, and many other unexplainable things. The world seems super dangerous due to the amount of deaths that happen often and how much danger the Mc is in at almost all times. Mc’s cheat is a panel that gives him points when he survives different situations and other stuff. He can then use those points to add to his skills. Mc advances fast to protect himself.
He joins a police life agency that deals with monsters and cases so that he can give his school, intelligence and also make money from both ends. The Mc slowly starts to only care about money. He works for whoever gives him money, the evil people, the police, and the magic school. Mc is very flexible and doesn’t act heroic. The biggest con I can think of is how inconsistent the world is. It is not explained well and as such the power systems are not explained well. There are also pacing issues as in 100 chpts, it has only been a few days. I don’t know how long this novel is gonna be or if it will be rushed in the ending.
