Review:
Mc gets transmigrated into a Marvel world as a scientist in Hydra. He gets some power that lets his body adapt to staff, strengthening himself. Mc tries to become Superman and as such targets mutants with those powers. Mc is very cold and calculating, he performs experiments on people and seems to be a true neutral who only cares about research. The author does change the story a lot. Overall it is a novel about a scientific MC who wants to be stronger through good or bad.
