Review:

The MC shows up in a normal world—no magic, no martial arts, nothing special. However, he has a cheat called the Dao Fruit that grants him 1 point every year to allocate towards his physique or mana. He’s immortal and lives in a cycle: 100 years awake, then 100 years asleep. Later on, this time gets longer.

At first, he just trains his body with basic martial arts. But as he gets stronger, he realizes he can use the whole human race as a think tank. He spreads a basic method that lets people build internal energy. Over time, that system improves and turns into high-level martial arts. Eventually, people start stepping into immortal cultivation.

What’s cool is the MC has no real enemies. He’s super OP from the start, and the story isn’t about fighting or big battles. It’s more about growing, developing the world, and pushing cultivation forward. His close people notice he doesn’t age, and as more time passes, the whole world starts to see him as some legendary figure who’s been around forever.

The story is slow, but it’s solid. It focuses on progress and world-building instead of action. If you like MCs turning into Dao ancestors, this is for you. Personally, I like that he makes sure everyone practices his method and even changes some policies. I hate when an MC is overpowered but lets people live like they’re in the Middle Ages and still acts like everything’s fine.
